30 day juice challenge What is this?

This is a challenge to include at least one glass of fresh juice in your diet, for 30 days straight. This is not a juice fast or some sort of juice cleanse program. You should still eat your regular meals. Heck, you can even eat “Junk Food” you “crave” for. Yet by the end of the 30 days, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those “junk” as much as you used to. 🙂

What’s the purpose?

The purpose of this is to get you into the healthy lifestyle of juicing. If you do this for 30 days straight, take our word, you’re going to thank us.
